RSG TO BUILD NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

DUBAI, 20 November, 2013: RSG, the premium real estate and property developer announced the launch of Qasr Sabah-a residential development comprising three G+6 buildings, housing 384 one-bedroom apartments and 18 studio apartments. Qasr Sabah is located at the International Media Product Zone (IMPZ) and will launch into construction soon.

A contract to this effect was signed between RSG and the project’s construction contractor Al Shafar, which will see the plush residential project being delivered by June 2015. Signing the deal on behalf of RSG was Mr. Raj Sahni (Abu Sabah), RSG Founder and Chairman and Mr. Saeed Mohammed Bin Shafar of Al Shafar National Contracting Co.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Raj Sahni expressed his praise and gratitude to the wise leadership of the UAE, especially to His Highness the Vice-President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, saying, “Dubai is what it is today because of the vision and direction of His Highness and the encouragement given to entrepreneurs like us to contribute to the growth and pre-eminence of the emirate among the great cities of the world.”

The Qasr Sabah project will see a residential community at the centre of IMPZ adjacent to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (Emirates Road), short drive to Al Maktoum International Airport. “Qasr Sabah has been built on the ever-important principles of family living – safety, comfort and privacy. While being based in an ultra-modern community, Qasr Sabah upholds the virtues of a rich social heritage where happy and healthy living is of primary importance. The design of the building is an appealing blend of Mediterranean and Arabic elements, and is compliant with 2013 Seismic Design Code for Dubai” Mr. Sahni added.

Some of the premium facilities and amenities for the proposed Qasr Sabah project include 500 car parking bays on ground and podium levels; secure parking with CCTV coverage and access control; direct elevator access from the parking to all floor levels; a well-appointed gym, sauna and swimming pool, full size tennis court and a children’s play area. The kitchens are fitted with refrigerator, washing machine and cooking range. The buildings are equipped with high-quality light and interior fittings; and scratch-proof porcelain floorings.
