We’re thrilled to announce that our iconic 54-storey 5-star hotel & residence project has reached a major milestone today! Standing tall at the 54th floor, our team is proud to say that the superstructure is 100% complete with all concrete and block works finished!
Interior Finishes Progress:
– Finishes and interiors are 25% complete and moving at full speed!
– Expecting to hand over this luxurious space in the 2nd quarter of 2025.
Our interiors are being crafted by the world-renowned Kristina Zanic, a three-time award-winning interior designer known for her unparalleled elegance and innovation.
